The 2nd Annual Indy Shorts International Film Festival ran at Newfields July 25-28, 2019, and screened more than 150 short films. This year’s Academy Award®-Qualifying Festival kicked off with the Indy Shorts Pride Stride event in partnership with the Indianapolis LGBT Film Festival and ended with awarding more than $30,000 in cash prizes. Four Indy Shorts selections were nominated for the 92nd Academy Awards®.
